Our Commitment

Sage and Archer provides personalized concierge and lifestyle coordination services for college students and their families. Every client relationship is built on discretion, consistency, and thoughtful support.

The following policies ensure clarity and a smooth experience for all families.

Service Investment

Monthly Retainer: see service agreement

Services are provided on a September through May academic commitment (9 months).

This structure allows Sage and Archer to reserve availability and provide consistent, high-touch support throughout the academic year.

Academic-Year Commitment

Enrollment represents a full academic-year commitment beginning September 1 and concluding May 31.

Because availability is intentionally limited to ensure premium service, services may not be paused or reduced during this period.

Additional Vendor Expenses

Sage and Archer coordinates third-party services including, but not limited to:

  • Laundry pickup and delivery

  • Grocery ordering and delivery

  • Transportation arrangements

  • Other logistical services as requested

All third-party services are paid directly by the Client using the Client’s preferred payment method.

Sage and Archer does not advance funds or process vendor payments on behalf of clients. Clients may be asked to provide a payment method directly to approved vendors to ensure seamless coordination.

This structure allows Sage and Archer to focus exclusively on coordination, oversight, and personalized support.


Payment Terms

Monthly retainers are due at the beginning of each service month.

Late payments may result in service pause and may be subject to a late fee.

Early Termination

If services are terminated prior to the completion of the September–May academic term, an early termination fee may apply, as outlined in the formal service agreement.

Confidentiality

All personal, academic, and family information shared in the course of services is handled with strict confidentiality and discretion.

Formal Agreement

A detailed Service Agreement outlining scope, responsibilities, and policies will be provided prior to onboarding and must be signed before services begin.

A Personal Note

Sage and Archer was founded by Jeanette Birli — former teacher, mother of three, and former international student — with the intention of providing the support she once wished she had.
